Privacy Policy

For the Regulift app. Last updated: launch draft.

The short version

Your training log lives on your device. Regulift reads a small slice of Apple Health to estimate recovery. Coach questions and your training context are sent to our server to generate an answer. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and you can delete everything in Settings.

What stays on your device

Your profile, workouts, sets, check-ins, and progress history are stored locally on your iPhone using SwiftData. They are not uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.

Apple Health

Regulift requests read-only access to sleep, heart-rate variability, and resting heart rate in Apple Health. These values feed the fatigue model so training adapts to your recovery. They are read on your device, never sent to the coach server, and never shared with anyone. Granting Health access is optional — check-ins alone work.

What the coach server receives

When you ask the AI coach a question, Regulift sends your question, a summary of your recent training (recent sessions, current week, volume adjustments, plateaued lifts), and your conversation history to our server at forge-coach.quangtuyen88.workers.dev, hosted on Cloudflare. There, a language model (Cloudflare Workers AI, or Google/Anthropic as fallbacks) writes the answer. The server keeps request rate counters and anonymous usage events. Conversations are not stored on the server after the answer is returned; your chat history is kept only on your device.

Nothing from Apple Health is included in what the coach server receives.

Analytics

Regulift records anonymous, event-level usage analytics (for example "coach question asked", "plan action applied") through Cloudflare Analytics Engine. These events contain no name, email, or Health data. If you send feedback from the app, the text you type is included with your anonymous device identifier so we can reply to issues.

Advertising

There are no ads in Regulift, no ad SDKs, and no third-party trackers.

Subscriptions

Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment details.

Deleting your data

Settings → Reset deletes your profile, log, and coach history from the device. Deleting the app removes all local data. Email kenz4788@gmail.com to have any feedback records removed.
